Our services include candidate search, candidate placement, and support throughout the hiring and integration process. We reserve the right to modify or expand our service portfolio at any time.
3. Conclusion of Contract
A contract between the client and Biyou Investment Group Consulting is concluded either by written agreement or by acceptance of our service offer. Oral agreements must be confirmed in writing to be valid.
4. Obligations of the Client
The client is obliged to provide all necessary information and documents in a timely and complete manner. This ensures that Biyou Investment Group Consulting can carry out the agreed services effectively and properly.
5. Remuneration
The remuneration for our services is based on individual contractual agreements with the client. All prices are net prices plus statutory VAT, unless otherwise stated.
6. Liability
Biyou Investment Group Consulting is liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, unless it concerns the breach of essential contractual obligations. In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages.

8. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. German law shall apply, and the place of jurisdiction shall be, to the extent legally permissible, the registered office of Biyou Investment Group Consulting.
